## Overview

Slow delivery usually traces back to the platform layer: manual deploys, tickets for infrastructure, and release gates that depend on a few people. Omnith designs and builds internal developer platforms that give teams self-service infrastructure with security guardrails built in.

We modernize where you are: legacy CI/CD, on-prem servers, GovCloud, and private cloud, as well as greenfield Kubernetes. Omnith's platform playbook was built up over years of modernizing real systems, such as at a large U.S. telecom, where it cut app release cycles from 10–16 weeks to 2–4, and at a U.S. defense company, where it moved production releases to continuous deployment.

## What We Do

- **Cloud architecture and migration**: AWS, Azure, and GCP landing zones with multi-account governance, networking, and identity federation, plus migrations off on-prem servers and manual deploy flows.
- **Agentic SDLC paved roads**: Standard paths for people and agents to create, test, and ship apps, with approved AI coding tools and review gates wired into the pipeline.
- **Infrastructure as Code**: Terraform, Pulumi, and CDK modules that are tested, versioned, and peer-reviewed like application code. No ClickOps.
- **Container orchestration**: Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and serverless platforms sized to your workload, with progressive delivery via GitLab CI, Argo Rollouts, or Flagger.
- **CI/CD pipelines**: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Buildkite workflows with automated testing, security scanning, and deployment gates.
- **Observability**: OpenTelemetry-instrumented services with dashboards that surface SLIs, error budgets, and on-call alerts.
