How We Work

For all of our services, we work with our clients to tailor our core engagement model to their needs. Here's what that looks like:

Prototypes take days. Production takes months.

Your engineers and the rest of the org can prototype with GenAI in days. Getting those prototypes secure, governed, and into production still takes weeks to months.

Here are some symptoms that you may recognize in your own org (as we have seen elsewhere):

  • 10–16 week app creation and release cycles
  • Manual deploy flows, people gates, and stale documentation
  • No unified tooling or governance for agent-built software
  • Platform work that never ships because product work always wins

Phases

  1. Assess

    0–2 weeks

Review your current process, deployment pipelines, and governance gaps, and confirm the problems and priorities.

    • Deliverables: written findings, constraints, and a target reference architecture.
    • Also covers architecture review, technical due diligence, technology selection, program and delivery management, team and process assessment, and domain-driven design workshops.
    • Available on its own.
  2. Build

    2–6+ weeks

Build the core solution with your team.

    • IaC modules and CI/CD paved roads
    • Agentic workflows
    • Central observability
    • RBAC and auth
  3. Run & Embed

    optional

Operate the solution alongside your staff until handoff, or until key metrics hold without us.

Ways to engage

  • Assess only: Assess
  • Assess + Build: Assess, Build
  • All three: Assess, Build, Run & Embed

Typical outcome: first delivery in 2–6 weeks, handoff within 0–3 months.

Pricing

Every price is fixed before the phase starts. No phase obligates the next.

Startups and mid-market

Up to ~500 developers

  • Assess + Build from $20k
  • Assess or Build alone also available
  • Run & Embed from $5k/month

Enterprise or regulated

500+ developers, or regulated workloads

  • Assess: fixed price, credited toward Build
  • Build: quoted per SOW from the assessment
  • Run & Embed: quoted per SOW

Why not just hire?

  • Hire a platform engineer

    What it costs you
~$160–250k/yr loaded, 2+ months to hire, and on payroll after the platform exists.
    Where Omnith fits
The startup and mid-market tier starts at about one month of that salary, with first delivery in 2–6 weeks from a principal architect who has built this before. If you hire later, we onboard them to the platform.
  • Internal platform team

    What it costs you
Their backlog. Platform work rarely ships because product wins the budget.
    Where Omnith fits
We take the schedule risk off their plate and produce a number they can take to finance. We've shipped this pattern three times.
  • GSI / large consultancy

    What it costs you
Enterprise project fees, staffed by people who may not have tied this work to business value before.
    Where Omnith fits
A principal architect, fixed scope, and a price fixed before each phase starts. Large firms can bring us in for the hard part.
  • Do nothing

    What it costs you
10–16 week cycles × apps per year.
    Where Omnith fits
The assessment puts a number on this.

Salary figures are U.S. Tier 1–3 market estimates. We've seen each of these alternatives work for some teams.

Where we're not a fit

  • We're not a recruiting firm and don't supply full-time engineers. Hourly or other contract terms are possible when the work fits.
  • We don't run NOC or help-desk services. Ongoing operations are scoped per contract, with SLAs agreed up front.
  • Omnith isn't CMMC or NISPOM compliant at present. If your program requires either, ask about timelines on the intro call.
  • We build websites and the systems behind them, but we're not a marketing agency and don't run ads.

Start with a 30-minute working session

  • Explore problem and costs. Questions to understand your constraints.
  • Review past attempts. What you've tried and where bottlenecks persist.
  • Evaluate fit. Whether your problem fits what Omnith does.

If we're not a fit, we may be able to refer you to a partner.
